One book that I like which isn't necessarily a weight loss book but a better you overall is "Change your Brain, Change your Body" by Dr. Daniel Amen. It is so great and very very informative.

I agree about the Jillian Michael's Chocolate Protein Powder it is a very tasty way to get some great protein.

That is an awesome Idea, I've tried just refrigerating it, but I tend to pull it out of my fridge and just eat it. But freezing would definitely help. Thanks!

I know what you mean. I think it works both ways. I feel that if I didn't live alone it would be easier to cook meals for more than one and not eat all of it myself :)
