When you quit smoking it decreases your metabolism and also wakes up your tastebuds. Cook your oatmeal with almond milk. After it is cooked add a couple spoons of sugar free french vanilla coffee creamer. You can use any of the flavors. Vanilla just happens to be my favorite.

There is always sugar free vanilla coffee creamer....only 15 calories per Tablespoon. I get Kroger brand.I find it is so sweet I only need one Tablespoon in my coffee. Also put a spoonful in my oatmeal to give it some flavor. YUMMY!!

Anything that has chocolate and peanut butter in it. (like Reeses peanut butter cups) There was a time I could eat lots of them and there were no weight gain consequenses !!! Those days are long gone so I stay away from them!!:ohwell:

Almond milk is very good when cooked with oats. That is all I use. It is only 60 calories/cup.
