I usually only have one cup, maybe two but I'm wondering if its better to use the 1 and 1/2 tsp of splenda in it or 35 calories of creamer? What to do?

Whichever tastes better to you and fits within your calorie goal.0

There is always sugar free vanilla coffee creamer....only 15 calories per Tablespoon. I get Kroger brand.I find it is so sweet I only need one Tablespoon in my coffee. Also put a spoonful in my oatmeal to give it some flavor. YUMMY!!0

I use 1.5 tbsp of creamers and 1 tsp of sugar in the raw. Still fairly low calorie and still fits within my calorie and nutrient goals fro the day.
I think whatever tastes best to you and still fits in your calorie goals is the best thing to do.0
