This is where I love the fitbit. It counts every step and I dont have to worry over logging or not. If you are someone who never walks, yhou should log it. If you are set at a mildly active, etc, and you walk a lot anyway, then I wouldnt. Fitbit is really accurate here.

Mine is set to 1000 but I eat much mnore than that b ecause I eat back my exercise calories. I am five feet and I average probably eating 1500 a day with eating back the calories. I wonder if the people who say they only eat 1200 are not eating back their calories or counting those.

I love exercise outside in all kinds of weather. I do more fast walking if its slippery since its safer. I got shoes and boots with nonslidy soles so I dont break my back again. Dont let the weather keep you inside!!!!! I love my UnderArmour coldgear.

I used to have a juicer and I made carrot juice with it which I like carrot juice a lot. Now my ex has the juicer and I have to buy carrot juice. It saved me a lot of money. Why do people on here hate people who like carrot juice?
