there is nothing wrong in checking ur weight every day.....but as soon you wake from bed and weight it obvously shows u less weight cozz of low blood circulation...try checking your weight when u finish your nature calls....thats the exact weight u weight .so one time a day is enuf....

low carb makes you loose weight fast....at the same pace you gain once you get back to normal diet....try to eat moderate..start taking high fiber which automatically lowers the effect of carbs......u can also go for a 20 mins intense cardio to loose that extra carbs and calories....

try juicing all the veggies with out adding any sweetners .....at least u can avoid chewing ......try eating pinto beans and tuna fish....and fresh brewed green tea........carrots r best to keep u chewing and full....
