I want to join in on this.......I have the DVD's just no idea where to start! I dont have any booklets or anything so I am not too sure what to do!!

Starvation mode is real and does exist! I have done really well til I worried about not losing enough then stopped eating as much.....bad idea! went up 2% body fat and lost lean muscle!! Body breaks down muscle and stores everything as fat. I am sure you dont want that!!

Got the same problem!! You seem very active is that correct?? if you are then the problem may be that you are not eating enough! Starvation mode is a real thing!

I eat a lot of protein and less carbs. I make protein shakes for right after my weight lifting days. the injections were painful for me. B12 is thick so it was a thick needle and hurt going in. i did the injections every day

You should eat what the reccomended amount is. Its calculated for your goals for a reason. I eat 1200 cals a day and dont really eat my extra ones from exercise and I am losing weight but everyone is different

Adding strength training will help a lot. Active muscle burns fat
