I was doing really good and going to the gym all the time and logging my food. But then I slowly stopped and now I feel so uncomfortable in my own body! I just need to know if anyone has any advice on getting the motivation back!??

Slightly frustrated!

Cravings are killing me!
I get the worst cravings for sweets and candy! Plus its late at night and I am starving! How do I get over that? I know I cant eat this late....and the cravings are driving me nuts! Any suggestions?
