stuck!!

I was doing really good and going to the gym all the time and logging my food. But then I slowly stopped and now I feel so uncomfortable in my own body! I just need to know if anyone has any advice on getting the motivation back!??

    For me... I keep logging. No matter what. Even the really crappy, 4 digits over in the red days - I log those too. Eventually, I muster up the courage or kick my own rear to get a work-out done. After that, I feel SOOOO much better and it motivates me to do better the next day.

    Moral of my rambling - keep trying. Never give up. Try to make every day your best day and forget the past. Keep pushing forward.

    One good day will turn into 2 good days, then 5, etc. Just make up your mind to turn it around.

    It helps to think about how great you'll feel, how you're unclogging your arteries, adding years to your life, etc...
