I can't eat before I run, so I do run first thing in the morning. I ran my first 10k and had a tummy ache. A veteran runner asked me what I ate- like a dummy I had had coffee with creamer. She said to avoid any kind of dairy, but toast is perfect. Seem people eat peanut butter- but that sat heavy for me. Happy trails!:)

I usually love country, but rock is best for me to run to. I like breaking Benjamin, Hollywood undead, eminem, acdc, my darkest days. Hope that helps:)

That is hard! Cabernet is the healthiest. Maybe reduce to half a glass and plug ur cals in before you pour? Good luck friend!

I am in the same situation! Although, I wish I weighed what you gals weigh haha. I really like Jillian Michael's DVD Ripped in 30. I was sore for a few days after though haha. She does intervals of cardio, strength and abs. So, it's not really ab focused though. Denise Austin's Belly Fat Busters is great too.

If you do want the cake, I would ask her for a tiny piece of it (tell her it's because you can't resist it because it looks so good!--If it does haha).
