Oh, and I tried buying the small individual bags of chips but that still doesn't work for me. I simply eat 4 or 5 small bags! I know, no will power to resist, right? I just don't buy the stuff because I know I will eat it.

Hi! I want to try this recipe. I have a question for you, though. I am really not a fan of Splenda. What amount of white sugar do you think would be used instead? I realize sugar adds calories/carbs, but I still prefer the real thing. Your thoughts?

Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey! I have never heard of the DASH diet. I am going to look into it. I just watch what I eat at this point (calories). Just doing that lowers my fat intake. I don't use salt and I do buy low sodium alternatives if available.
