  • I did the same thing last month. I sprained my ankle and started back at my Bootcamp less than a week later and damaged it further. I would say anything with no impact should be ok. I have been using my bike everyday. You could do some boxing or Swimming would also be good. I wear a support and that helps too.

  • Nuts! I snack on different kinds of nuts everyday. I also seem to eat more spinach than popeye.
  • I have the same breakfast every morning and I tend to stick to the same kind of meals. I don't think it is a problem because they are healthy choices. Also I think it is good to be in a routine of making healthy food choices. I think it would only be a problem if you started getting bored of what you're eating.
  • So as long as I stay below my calorie goals for the day I should be ok. I find it hard to eat all of my calories some days and snacking helps bump them up, I try to make them healthy choices. Thanks for replying :-)
