I have a cheap strapless Mio Motiva. I like it. Works well even when I sweat, which some people complain about. I think if you're looking to try a hrm, the Motiva might be worth checking out.

The shoe thing totally makes sense! My shoes keep coming untied and I just thought the shoes were getting old! Wow... Good thing I'm a guy and don't really care about shoes.

This is actually true, but I've read it's 1" for every 35lbs. The pubic fat patch above a mans, man-hood shrinks as weight is lost. Extra motivation for those big men! haha

I don't know about you, but it seems to work for me... Try actually CHEATING on your cheat days. Pig out for one meal. Those cheat days are supposed to throw your metabolism out of whack.
