It is frusrtating!!!. i can tell you from experience that if you watch your caloric intake and exercise 6 days a week...the weight will come off. It really will!!

Fats don't' make you fat> It's true, it's your caloric intake that will keep you from losing weight. So be sure your fats are healthy fats, olive oil, avacado, nuts, etc.
