Hi All, I have a question. According to this site to accomplish my goals, I am supposed to consume 1500 calories a day. Which I do. However if I exercise, it says that I can consume 300 more. Is it bad if one doesnt or is it ok as long as I consume my 1500? Best, Kathy

Hello All. I walked uphill for 65 minutes this morning and put the Christmas decorations away. SInce I started this on January 2, it was the first chance I had to get to the gym. I feel great. Now, I get to guilt free sit down and HOPEFULLY watch the Steelers win this evening. Keep up the good work all.
