Yep. Commit to going even when you really don't feel like going. Just do it. You will eventually make it a habit (I think it takes 3 weeks to cement a habit) and you will see the pounds drop!

Try doing crunches but put one let straight out on the ground instead of bent and then alternate. Also, I have heard bicycle crunches help with that.

You should be eating some of your exercise calories especially when you burn as many calories as you have today. Anyone would be starving after that many calories! Great work though! You are a rock star!

Just eat soup or salad and a big glass of water before you have your main course and you will feel full sooner. Make sure to eat enough protein so your meal sticks with you and you don't feel the need to eat sooner!

I've lost 11 lbs total! I am on track and really hope to lose my last pound this week, although all I want to do is watch Dexter and EAT!! :) I think I will be ok as long as I get to the gym. Good luck all and good work!

I always weigh myself without any clothing on, right when I wake up, after I have used the restroom :)

I would suggest not eating Yoplait because it contains high fructose corn syrup and aspartame if you are into eating clean. I LOVE Chobani 0% fat Greek yogurt and it has 15 grams of protein in it. It really sticks with you and has fewer calories and sugar than Yoplait wihout all of the chemicals. And it is super yummy!

Bake your veggies (cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli) with garlic salt or Mrs Dash. They are so good baked! Also, olive oil is great! I like to put a little horseradish on shredded brussels sprouts. So good!

Look at the bright side: you only ate half and you can make up for it tonight with a workout. Its ok to splurge! Just make it fit into your day! Maybe plan on having more protein with your meal tomorrow and you won't feel so hungry after! :)

Instead of stewing in your room, could you go for a walk and remember why you are doing all of this? It is no fun to be angry. 18 lbs is way too much to lose in two weeks. You should only lose somewhere between 1-3 pounds per week to be healthy. Thanks! Amy
