  • So far, mine are staying the same cup.. just going down in band size. When I lost weight before, I went from a 40D to a 38F.. had my son and went to a 38G. Now I'm a 38/36F again. When I lose the rest of the weight, I'd be aiming for a 34D.. but anything smaller than that and I think I'll go crazy :P

  • This isn't helpful to you, but my dad was a cross country runner.. he'd run 20 miles (or however far it got him.. I know he ran for a good 2 hours. Have a pub lunch, including about 7 pints.. and then he'd run back. He scaled it back as he got older, but he's always been skinny as a rake. He said he'd earned his pints :P

  • I've lost almost 50lb, and so far only gone down 1 dress size. It seemed that I was losing weight and not inches. That combined with the bloating from a suspected gluten allergy, I would have thought I'd gone down two instead.

  • I track Cals, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Fibre and Iron. I feel those things are items I need to work on to make sure I'm eating right - although I'm more concerned with fat, protein and iron than the rest, to be honest.

  • Nope, just as is. Wall/counter ones are too easy, and my form is bad when I'm on my knees, so I just do them slowly normally. I don't know if it's my form in general, but the pressure on my arms is worse than my abs - although I can feel it pulling there too.
  • It's not silly at all. I didn't get it from the book either - had to come on here and read about it to find out more clearly. If it was just written that way in the first place it'd be easy to get. Not quite easy to do though ;)
