Progress - In a fashion....
Before I had my son I was eating 1300 cals a day, and doing loads of cardio exercise. I believed that I needed to do this because a deficit was the way to go, and the less I ate (providing it wasn't less than 1200), the better it would be. My diet was pretty poor, and I was hungry. Losing weight but not inches... is this normal?
I posted a blog post with before and after pictures... I can't see the difference, but I've lost weight. I'm still wearing the same clothes, and nothing seems to be changing. I was just wondering if I'm doing something wrong with my eating, or my exercising.

That was me in April - I know I'm wearing a corset that pulls you in, so that's probably why it's deceiving... And that was taken yesterday. In my face, sure. I can't see it anywhere else. But it's a small victory all the same I guess :)

Stomach getting bigger...
Or at least that's how it seems to me. I'm losing weight, but not inches, and I know that it could just be that I'm doing too many ab exercises, but I was following the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, and I've lost just over 30lbs... so why does my stomach look as though I'm about 5 months pregnant?
