Was just typing, and realised I was typing exactly what LyndseyLovesToLift said. :)

I went with shock absorber for mine, although I was a 40E. Now I'm a 36G, but thankfully they still fit (a little funky on the back so I need a new one). Wouldn't have done without it though.

Fantastic! You've done so well! Good luck with the rest of the journey! :D

I tested out both those theories - figured I'd start with a calorie goal of somewhere between the numbers (1800 for me) and go from there. If I maintain or gain after a month, then I'd drop by 100 and then check again. So far it's working, thankfully. A fair bit of it depends on your goals and what you want out of them, as…

Yep. Most bands make my list. Cradle having a fair few slots on the player. Although, I do have a varied list, because I do listen to random tunes as well just to change up the pace.

Amazing NSVs! Congrats :D

It's not *much* of a help, but it's a personal anecdote about perspective. I have an awful stomach roll... it disgusts me. However, someone pointed out to me - in a nicer way than I'm going to say it of course - that before I lost weight, I was TOO FAT to see or even have the stomach roll. My chest/back is smaller, my…

I pretty much have the 80/20 rule, as I follow it myself. Yes, sometimes I will cook separate meals for the kids, and they might be nuggets and fries, or a burger - but everything is baked and not fried (except for the once a month takeout we have), and there is always some form of vegetable on the plate. We have a try…

I'm still losing - halfway to my goal (although I seem to have been maintaining forever and really need to find the motivation to carry on). You'll get there. Small baby steps that get bigger as you get smaller. x

The best exercise is one you love doing, especially if you have all those plans in place too. You sound like you've done loads of research already, and your approach is brilliant! Yeah, my answer isn't particularly helpful, but I just wanted to wish you luck on your journey *hugs*

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1305016/Why-E-numbers-arent-really-Evil-all.html "Many people believe they develop a reaction to MSG, dubbed ‘Chinese Restaurant Syndrome’, after consuming the additive, although it is a popular myth. In fact, MSG is found naturally in broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes, so anyone…

If you're following MFP as a baseline, then whatever you burn, you do need to eat at least 1/2 of that. I don't do Insanity, so I'm not sure of the burns there (and I'm loads heavier than you, too). It's not about losing weight fast, it's about losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way.... and your body needs that…

Pretty much this for me. My kids are 8 and 2. I don't mention it ALL the time, and I can only recall the conversation with the 8 year old once or twice maybe. But they can see all the healthy snacks around, and will generally go for those. Sometimes they want the junk snacks, and I don't mind them having them - providing a…

Congrats! You look great!

Good luck. Although it's 1200 minimum. If you exercise - you need to eat more to fuel the workouts.
-
Congrats!

If you only have 30lb to lose, you might want to set your goals to 0.5lb a week. And with the training you're doing - make sure your activity is set to lightly active at the very least. I'd estimate about 1500+ for that. If you REALLY want to go the 1200 route, then at least eat the exercise cals back, so that you NET 1200…

Sheffield. Add if you like :D

You got this. Start slow, and make small changes you can stick with. Once you're able to do those without issue, add another small change. They all add up. Yes, it's long, and yes, it's tough. But you're here, and that determination should see you to the end - however long it takes. Good luck!

I'd like to, but the evil bread hates me for some reason :( I think I did something wrong. I have coeliacs. It's nasty. I miss bread, and real pasta, and real..well, real wheat. Weight loss is exactly the same with or without it, and I'd truly say don't cut things out unless you have an intolerance/allergy to something.…

I've been lifting heavy (okay, heavy for me :P) for about 6 months now. I've lost both weight, AND bodyfat - primarily bodyfat though simply by eating at a deficit. Works out about 1800 or so cals. Maintenance with lifting is about 2400, so it's going well. You've got this, and you'll be where you want to be in no time :D…

Fantastic work :D You're looking brilliant!

The first 15lb was lost not eating them back, and then I stalled for a good 5/6 months and wondered why I felt tired and sluggish and generally awful. Oh, and starving - complete with the snarling shewolf grumpiness. Then I read the forums on here, I researched how MFP should actually work - yes, I was stupid and assumed…

A fair few people have said I look a little like Kate Winslet. I suppose I can live with that.
-
I'm on the other side of the world to you, I know... but if you need motivation I can try to help :)
-
I think I'm echoing the others - make it fit, or go over and fix it over the next couple of days.
-
Fantastic!! Congrats on all the hard work :D

Bumping. This is an amazing graph.

<3 This is amazing!

You've got this. It's not easy, but you can do it! Good luck on your journey :D
