calorie dense, healthy foods; nuts, avocado, potatoes, pasta, bread, rice, eggs, yoghurt, milk, cheese, coconut, bananas, mango, dried fruit, eating little and often, but seek some professional help for advice x

once you get to a healthy weight you should find control again, your body is craving the nutrients cause its struggling, dont worry just keep gaining the weight you need, here if you need someone to talk too

I think its really trial and error, works for some people, some people dont, if you activity level is for your exercise level as well, then no maybe eat back half, check your weight and see but it takes awhile to work out your maintence sometimes

anywhere inbetween 1-2 would be fine, 3 is a bit much it doesnt suit you and its bad for your body

I honestly dont think it would be that many calories, but like you said youve done alot of exercise so your in the deficit to eat it and you shouldnt be effected, enjoy it, you only live once and its your favorite! By avoiding foods you enjoy your going to make yourself really unhappy

It looks too me from your diary that your suffering from an ED, how do i know? because i have/am as well, your avoiding foods high in calories, having too many carbs isnt going to make you fat, it doesnt matter what foods you eat as long as its within your calories for the day but you need to be eating more than 1400…

1400 calories? you wouldnt even gain weight with that amount, you'd need 2000+ at least, if your suffering from an ED seek some professional advice

i think 1200 is too low, always aim for 1500-1800, more effective and less strain on the body

i would say they are right, you sound healthy the weight you are :)

as long as its within your calories and stuff, i wouldnt worry :) just eat well all the other days of the week

try new recipes, add more fruit/veg thats hidden so they arent aware they are eating it look for healthy recipes for junkfood alternatives

i think thats too harsh tbh :/ but if you want to lose weight you should go for it! but dont do it for other people, size doesnt matter, being a good person is the main thing x

i think all healthy stuff is so expensive, especially some fruits and stuff, its stupid they want people to eat healthier but make bad foods cheaper? stupid really :(

just over eating in any food group will make you gain weight

try and make healthy treats for yourself :) frozen yoghurt, frozen fruit are good healthy alternatives :)
