Thats pretty low, eat more food, seek some medical help with a dietician at your doctors for support :)

Try eating healthy, calorie dense foods peanut butter, nuts, whole milk, potatoes, rice/pasta, plenty protein, porridge(oats), dried fruit, avocados, bananas also use healthy oils when cooking - coconut oil (this adds more calories without noticing) maybe when making milky drinks, also eat a bit of junk food in moderation…

i think alot of people just use birth control as an excuse, its all about calories in/calories out :)

Log it, tomorrow is another day :) just remember a day of healthy eating wont make you thin, and a day of unhealthy eating wont make you fat! Its about equal balances of food, maybe allow yourself more treats and dont be so hard on yourself, we are only human and over indulge sometimes <3
