Binge- purge recovery

Recently I've been struggling a lot with body image and eating disordered behaviours like the binge- purge cycle! It can feel like it's never ending but I know I have the potential (as do you all) to end it and become in the best shape of my life and I would love support for this! ❤️

Then i would suggest that the first thing you do is see your doctor and get a referral for some support1 -
