Well, it's noon here and I just got in from a Brisk 2 mile walk with my pooch!! He loved it .. And I did too !!! 50 mins .. Woo Hoo !! What Holiday is it for you guys down there? We don't have a long weekend in Canada :o( Enjoy your Sunday !!!!

I got to walk for 20 mins between my 2 jobs .. so I made it count .. brisk !!! Thought I lost my keys so went back to the Track and had to walk around a gain looking for them !! hahahah ! :O)
