You have to start eating more calories, 500 is not going to do it. I look at dieting & exercise as a life style change, as with me too, I have health issues that demand I do something about it. My goal is 125, have about 42 pounds to go. Think I will be there by Jan 1, 2013. Due to health issues had to really change my life style to include better eating habits and start exercising.

I am a chocolate hound, so I keep all sorts of fruits in the house to snack on when I get a week moment. It has helped, but I am already worrying about the upcoming hoilday's becuse I cook alot of sweets for the family which is one of those requirements.

I cut out my sweets which was really hard, I dread xmas this year because my kids are expecting their usual choc pie, fudge and other sweets I make. they may have to do without.

I'm right there with a lot of you, I log in my food the night before it keeps me on track and from cheating. How many people are as anal as I am. I break down my food , example if I eat a tuna melt I count everything seperately down to the TB of relish, mayo the half an egg, tuna, chz & bread. My husband thinks I am crazy.
