Has enyone trird this or the contour belt for firming your abs. Due hernia's and mesh in my gut My doctors told me no crunhes, situps or things like that, only sucking in my gut and holding it. Thought about contacting my doc to see if this would help. Wanted to see if anyone has tried this or not and if so what you think…
I started MFP back in April and really love the program. I weight just about everything I eat if it doesn't have a calorie count on it, My husband says I am obsessive but I am doing really well on it. Have started walking 2 miles each morning before work. Would like to be involved in hearing from other MFP members
