  • The My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout game is a good one if you like boxing. No balance board needed and gives a great workout. (Actually I think this is the same as the Gold's Gym one mentioned above, just rebranded?)
  • On the Wii: Wii Fit Plus and My Fitness Coach: Cardio Training are fun and good for breaking into a sweat. I've also found Jillan Michaels Burn Fat Boost Metabolism to be good - and the full thing is available for free on Youtube which is even better! :wink:

  • Vegetable soup is good. I hate eating veggies in actual vegetable shape, but if you pick the veg you hate the least and make them up into a pot of spicy soup then blend until smooth you get to eat multiple veggies without any of the pain. And you can add pasta to the soup afterwards for a bit of extra yum.
