What I get mad about is that people look at me weird because I am soaked in sweat at the gym. Sorry I am there to work, not socialize. I also get mad when people socialize while hogging up a machine.

Karen, I am really sorry to hear what your family is going through. If you can, try to take 30 minutes to an hour a day of you time. Take the time to go for a walk and clear your head. Best of luck to you!

I calculate my calories through MFP, i think they are high so that is why I am hesitant to eat back all of those calories. I have dropped hints for a HRM for Mother's Day but we will see if that suggestion is taken. I

I am not eating my exercise calories back and have been having really positive results. I am stuffed after supper and I am not going to force myself to eat all those calories if I am not hungry. In the past I followed the eat your calories back and it got me no where but frustrated and throwing in the towel. With that…

Even if the sugar cravings are just in your head, it is causing a trigger to eat sweets. A lot of my weight battle has to do with retraining my thought process about food. I know I feel a lot better not drinking the past few days. So to each their own

Good luck! I stopped drinking it this week and have seen daily decreases on the scale.

I only record my weight on here once a week but weigh in everyday and it is helping me with motivation. So whatever keeps me motivated, I am sticking to it.

I am starting week 3 tomorrow and I am quite a bit above 250. I run slow but am hoping as the weight comes off and my body gets stronger, my speed will pick up.
