Honesty time
I had surgery at the end of July and the post op the weight hasn't been coming off as easy as I thought it would or hoped it would. Don't get me wrong, I am very thankful for this tool. I know I would have gained through this time if it were not for the surgery. My one and only big loss was my first week, which was 10…

Two weeks since Sleeved
Hi, I was sleeved two weeks ago and am wondering if I should have gotten they RNY instead. I followed the liquid diet for two weeks and then also started the puree today. I am down about 13.5 pounds. Today starting the puree, I almost feel like I haven't had any surgical procedure done, other than I don't feel hungry. Has…

Anyone else having problems finding motivation to eat right? Please share any tips! I am working out 6 days a week doing INSANITY and only have 2 weeks left but haven't lost weight because I don't control what I put in my mouth.

Confession
I am a food-a-holic, especially a choc-aholic. That being said, over the last 2 weeks I have managed to gain back 4 pounds. This stops now, no more excuses, I can't stop my progress and allow myself to go backwards. I have worked too hard and have made too much progress to throw give up now.

Do you share your weight loss journey with everyone?
i have been exercising on a somewhat regular basis for quite a few years now and not having much success mainly because I wasn't giving the workouts my all and I wasn't combining it with proper eating or watching my calories as much as I am now. I don't live near my family, so I have been embarrassed when I have shared…

For those who have lost a lot of weight -- skin question
I am not sure if this is the right section to put this, but here it goes. I have a lot of weight to lose and have a long way to go (as you can see from my ticker) and I am really concerned about excess skin once I hit my goal. I really don't think that surgery will be an option due to the cost. Does anyone have any tips?…

NSV
I am sure others do this but I have certain smaller size pants that I have set up as goals and I was able to fit into my 1st goal pants. I was able to button, zip and breathe. Still a little too snug to wear out in public but this is the most progress I have made in a long time.

Family on a diet - Any suggestions on snacks?
I am ashamed to realize that my children really need to lose weight. Any suggestions on fun healthy snacks? My daughter loves fruit but my boy is a little more picky on it. Thanks.

Now that I've been working out ....
Now that I am no longer "sedentary" - I have been working out 6 days a week, should I go back and adjust my activity level in my profile?

Another question
I know this has been discussed over and over again but I am going to ask my question anyway. I haven't been eating my exercise calories back and am now thinking I may need to. My calorie burn is quite high on my workouts and it just seems to be so many extra calories to eat back (like 800 to over 1,000). So should I really…
