What do you mean? Do you just have no one with the same goals?
-
At the very least it is the beginnings of an eating disorder.
-
Or the buffalo chicken quinoa bites?
-
I feel this way too. I am not wearing a bathing suit until I have further progress made with my body. :(
-
I could never give up my cereal, so I would say splurge a little and have a bowl. Just be aware of your serving sizes.
-
Good luck! I hope you're able to stick with it this time!
-
I use Your Shape.
-
For me, it's shirt shopping. I don't have a particularly large bust, but they don't generally fit my stomach area.
-
Why are you eating so little and exercising so much now that you're on maintenance?
-
I have a pair of New Balance shoes that I love. And couch to 5k is an app for your iPod or iPhone. But, from what I gather, there are other apps out there. I am on week five day one, and it's going pretty good.
-
I'm at about .5 to 1 pound a week. Slow and steady!
-
I'm not sure if they are interchangeable, but i know that each one has specific health benefits.
-
Yes, because your muscles hoard water in order to repair themselves.
-
After I had a c section and my husband had gall bladder surgery, we both felt like just eating enough to not be sick. After surgery you generally feel like crap. I wouldn't worry so much unless you only plan on eating chocolates and candies after your surgery.
-
Are you taking measurements? You may benefit from that.
-
Added all three of you! Mother of two LO aged 2 years and 7 months! Looking to lose another 25 pounds (already lost 25).
-
I'm going to say you're not eating enough.
-
I'm intrigued. This September I am participating in a Zombie Run, kind of similar to a Warrior Dash, except for the added fact that "zombies" chase you between obstacles.
-
If you have an eating disorder, have you tried talking to your doctor yet? You may not be able to do this without help.
-
Go into your "goals" and instead of choosing "guided" choose "custom"

I take a B complex wits in with Vitamin C and Biotin, a calcium supplement, and an Omega 3-6-9. I also take an iron pill twice a week.
-
I haven't repeated any weeks yet, but I do find that it is getting easier. I'm only on week 2 day 3, so I can't talk much about it. But, I have a deadline. I signed up for a zombie 5 k run in September, so that's when I have to be trained by.

I've taken it before, but didn't like it.

Walking is good whether you're pregnant or not.

When I got pregnant, I stopped counting calories. I just ate better. And I only gained about 20 pounds with each pregnancy. (keep in mind, I started my first pregnancy at 158 pounds, and my second at 170). I actually lost a little weight with my first, because I was so turned off by a lot of the unhealthier foods. Good…

Arms first, last s apparently my stomach.
-
You can add me! I have a little bit higher of a weight goal (135) but all the support helps!

I'm 5'3" and 160 pounds. I plan on getting to 140, and deciding from there.
