I'm 5'8 and I have no idea. At the moment my goal size is a 10, that might adjust depending on how I feel at that size.

I've got 2 more days left in stage 1. The only advice I have is to make sure you don't try to overdo it on the weights. If you're losing your form you should probably go down to a smaller weight. I got a little overconfident during my last workout lol.

lol This reminds me of an experiment we had to do in Sociology class where we had to go to public places like the library, benches outside on campus, etc and purposely sit right next to people and watch how they react. I kind of felt like I was playing an "I'm not touching you" game. People are hilarious.

I always said I'd go back to wow once pandaria came out, but I think I'm going to wait since I'll probably be playing gw2. When I saw it was only $40 though, kinda made me think they haven't been getting very good feedback on it.

I don't have the tailbone problem, but I have a bulging disc in my lower back that makes things like crunches, sit ups, etc..anything that involves pushing my lower back into the floor to be absolutely excrutiating, so I don't do anything like that. 5-6 days normally, been bumped down to 3 while I recover from a knee injury. My normal workouts last 60-90 mins on weightlifting days and 45-60 mins on the others.

Personally, the fact that the fda has approved something does not make me feel that it's safe. In fact, I tend to question it more. But yes, like others have stated, I'm pretty positive it's just going to be another, "Will work if used with proper diet and exercise."...Well, duh.

I can't imagine doing my workout in jeans, uncomfortable wouldn't even describe it lol. Like everyone else said, there are plenty more options than actual sweatpants. I workout every day of the week and do not own a single pair of sweat pants, I'm all about the yoga pants they're soo freaking comfy.

Even one pound in 2 weeks is great, with only 15lbs to lose total you should aim to lose .5 a week and even then it gets a bit difficult to do that the closer you are to your goal. Start tracking your splurges and see how many calories you're eating, its really the only way to know how much damage you're doing.
