the site didnt set me at 1200 calories by default...it actually goes by what you weight and your BMR then it sets what it thinks you should eat...MFP is just another tool to aid in losing weight. My calorie intake is 1250--it was 1200 but i moved it up by 50...i find it somewhat easy to eat these calories and be good but at times i would have an unhealthy snack that would take me over the amount but with getting my exercise in and sticking to the 1250 which was approved by my doctor..i've lose 28lbs since Jan. 2012…

i think you can switch your diet up. Sometimes the body will get use to what you are doing and no results will come afterwards...but try switching it up like eating more carbs or less carbs or more protien vice versus...along with continuos exercising and it should kick back into burning metabolism

If you have Time Warner Cable, they have videos that have really cool excercies and routines. From latin dance, to walking, and all around workouts. I just started them but they are pretty cool. GO to the ON-DEMAND, then marketplace...and Im sure other cable carriers have them as well.
