I think you need a new scale. You don't look that heavy. Congrats on the loss!

I'm a 52 yo, 5' 7" male and plan to go from 218 to 160, which is where I was 14 years ago. I have 16 pounds to go. I decided to make the move when I checked into health insurance rates and found them to be much higher than closer to my "ideal" weight. I think the charts actually have me around 150, but I doubt I was there…

Good job. So, when you increased your caloric intake how did you decide what to eat? Did you stay to the MFP ratios or increase protein? How often did you find yourself eating? Thanks.

Congrats! Those are the type of expenses worth having.

Glad to hear...I've been stuck on the same relative weight (within 1/2 pound) for about a week now. The progress up to this week has averaged about 3 pounds. Would like to figure a way to jump start the loss again. i have another 25 pounds to go (35 down).

Me too....almost looks anorexic

I had mine out when I was 37 without any issue. Limited pain and was back eating and exercising in no time. I would try to follow your doctor's advice, but listen to your body too.

Eat their salads w/ a chicken breast and very little dressing - preferably lite.
