I use 40/30/30 and I find it difficult most of the time to stay under my carbs...I'm over 10-15 most of the times. I don't think it's that bad. But since this is a new way for me to eat, I let myself some time to adjust and find what I like to eat, when, how much and all.

English is not my first language too but I do think that every language deserves respect. "Wanted to write my thoughts" is not an excuse for writing u instead of you and all that slang. I hate slang so much.

Replaced coffee by tea since december but when I have one, only a bit of 2% milk, no sugar. I hate the taste of sugar in coffee !

2250 calories I have to eat is hugeeeee for what I'm used to. But since it's working...I eat! But yes, for the past 2-3 days I've felt hungry and I also dropped 2 pounds. It's normal since our bodies now realise it's not going to starve anymore.

I'm excited this morning! This is the first time I see 195.4 pounds on the scale for years!!! I know it's just two pounds so far but I'm really excited because dang I eat a lot! I really hope this will continue :)

14 pounds in one month is more than incredible ! This is awesome. Surely one day your loss will slow down depending on your starting weight and your goal weight. The closer you get to goal weight, the harder it is to lose. But keep up the good work ! You'll only feel better =)

5 minutes shower, back in my pyjama and breakfest. So I have breakfest in the first 20 minutes I'm up. Sometimes in the morning I wake up pretty hungry. I think it's because I'm starting to eat more and not been at it long enough. But I have to eat when I wake up !

I put some fresh herbs UNDER the skin of the chicken, along with some salted herbs too. Then I put some water in the pan so the chicken stays moistured.
