Zumba two times a week on Monday and Tuesday. Then strenght training, I try to make it for Wednesday and one day in the weekend. I should really try to get to 3Xweek. Then ultimate frisbee on Friday. That's about it !!

Exactly. Most of people were starving when they upped their calories. It will calm down in some days :)

Starting my cut at 15% today. Ate 2500 calories for the past 7 weeks and few days. Scale said 209 today, I started at 204. Guess I have some water retention and sodium there due to Christmas food. I must be weird, I love water. I drink this + milk, almost no soda ever but sometimes wine...I often get the strange look when I'm out to step parents and all I want to drink is water, but it's a way of life. I prefer to eat calories than drink them !

Using a Polar HRM too here for the workouts...I find I can burn 650 calories + in a 60 minutes workout when it's really hard (since I'm new to crossfit, everything is kind of pretty hard hehe) but my burn varies between 500 to 600 +...Really interesting to know.

I put Dijon mustard on the chicken breast, make sure there's some all around and then put some romarin on top. A little bit of water in the oven plate and hop in the oven. Water will evaporate and the chicken stays juicy. Yummy !

Sounds right to me ! I own a FT7 polar watch and I can burn 600-700 calories for an hour long of cardio trampoline. We are used to think we don't burn that much calories because MFP and other sites tells us an average calories burned. But FT7 is set with your height, weight, age and most important, heart beat.

A friend of mine bought some small bottle of alcool in a weird place in China.... This was the most disgusting think I ever drank. It had no name and taste like garbage. Really. He had another one with a scorpion inside. I couldn't drink that...but some of my friends had weird face when they tasted it. Blehhh.

Spinachs squares! Mix up eggs, milk, some cottage cheese and spinachs, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven !
