Stay away from big box store bikes if you will be biking any distance they have a tendency to break, have bad bearings and ride like crap. Giant, Specialized, and Trek all make bikes that are around $300-$400. Maybe before buying a bike you could rent one and see how you like it or not instead of spending the money on a…

Smuggle in beer in glass bottles. It sure is fun to hear them clank as they roll down the isle when you are done drinking the beer.

I say Kettlebell at least by the end of the month you would have something to show for it. If you ever needed to at least you can sell the KettleBell and get some money back out of it.

Eating meat is bad for the animals the meat is made from. I hear it is fatal for them.

The way Body Beat is setup at the end of the Bulk phase you have the Beast phase that you remove the fat in that phase. Take a look at the guide that came with the program.

Well that depends on how much food you eat. Use the TDEE calculators that you can find all over the web and figure out about 15-20% less than TDEE and you should be fine.

There is not too much difference between lean or huge except that lean has a few more days where you do Beast Cardio.

If you are looking at Body media and Fitbit checkout polar loop.

I perfer to workout at home. Plus the money you spend on weights or other equipment at least you have something more to show for it. Where as a gym membership all you have is what ever hard work you put into making you look better to show for the money spent.

Check out Body Beast for a lifiting video

I do P90x3 in the morning before work then when I get home from work I do a Body Beast work out.
-
I read a review about the Polar Loop it seems it's like a Fitbit but you have the option of using a Bluetooth chest strap and use it as a HRM during workouts then switch back to normal mode when you are done.

What kind of scale do you have?
-
I say rock both the workouts if you have the energy for it!!

Yeah I like P90x3 it is a pretty good program only 30mins vs the 60 or so with P90x. I do P90x3 in the morning before work as it is only 30-35 mins. Worth taking a look at if you liked P90x.

Hi I am Tim. I work in IT and have weighed in at 225 lbs before I started P90x. I did one and half rounds of P90x got down to about 205. Now I am doing Body Beast with P90x3. I have a wedding to come up and I want to look sexy as hell for my honeymoon.
-
I just started P90x3 this week it seems a lot easier to fit in than P90x. I am also doing Body Beast with it. I like the mix of P90x3 in the morning and then I do Body Beast in the evening. I am currently in the Bulk phase of Body Beast so those are only about 30mins videos as well. I get my 60mins in a day split up at…
