I have the ease to 5k app on my phone which starts running for 30 seconds instead of a minute. All I can advise is go slow as you can. This isnt the day to be mimicing Usain Bolt!!! Usually when hubby is out dfor a run I also go out for a plod but he goes out so early in the morning I have difficulty hauling my large butt out of bed!! My fastest is 10 minutes and I know this seems slow compared to some once upon a time i could not jog for one minute so to me this is pretty impressive so all you guys trying to get that mile quicker feel proud x oh and ythis is my first post- hello x
