Thanks guys.. I love the phrase suck it up , buttercup!! That is what I shall try to do. I'm actually having a glass of water as I type.. I don't drink tea or coffee and squashes make me vomit.. I do like a juice occasionally but I do get concerned about their sugar content so it looks like its water all the way x

It's my aim to burn a thousand calories in a day through exercise in the gym/ running rather than routine day to day stuff. I have been sick for the last couple of weeks bit will try in respect for your hundred days - congrats and much respect to you P x

I walk at 3.5 mph for one minute then run for 30 seconds at 8mph for 21 minutes in total. When it feels like i can do longer i put the running speed up. I do this on a 5% incline. Paula

I lost weight on WW but my points consisted mostly of crisps!!! I have also tried Slimfast and Slimming World. It was my aim to be one of those gym people. I am a member of a gym which is closed today. I need to get back to going there but in all honestly January crazes me because you cant get in the car park and the machines are busy. I start off in thin gloves and then tuck them down my bra when nobody is looking! That way I can pretend I'm Pamela Anderson! I must look a right sight!!!! I also have a lovely merino wool dry wick jumper which was a little pricey but a great investment x

Tonight I did intervals of 3.4 miles per hour and 7.5 mph on an incline of 5 for 21 minutes. My legs now ache!! If I go for longer I go anything between 4.5 and 6mph on lower inclines x

I have to be honest I run ( well plod) and I always HATE the first ten minutes but then i find it does get more enjoyable after that. Sometimes i do decide to rebel against myself and refuse to run but after a week or so I find i miss it and cant wait to get get back to it. I have recently discovered swimming again though…

In the last couple of weeks I have strarted swimming again. At the mo I am doing 50 lenghs alternate breast stroke and freestyle. I'm loving it although am a little achy after paula x
