You made need to shock your body. Try some strength training. You can still do cardio, but add something different in it. Hope this helps.

Hello. I'm the same way. I have lost 40 and gained 30 back. I want to be under the 200 mark. I'm a stress eater and some little something always triggers me to eat. 1 day always turns into next week, then so on. So YES I would like to join. In October I have signed up for my first half marathon, so I need to get into shape.
