I'm currently using Pyramid down (starting with max and going down) and it has given me great results!! I normally warmup with 15 reps of 50% my max. Then I go to my max and try to complete 4 - 6 reps. From there I start lowering the weight and increasing the reps. Never more than 12 reps. It has worked perfectly for me. I…

Hold yourself up in a pull up bar (or something like it) for as long as you can hold yourself there. Probably (1min try to do more). Repeat 3 times a day. Your forearms will be huge in no time!

I do the protein shake a lot, right before bed. That's like my backup plan. I usually get a tuna subway foot long. 1000+ cals, a lot of protein as well. Only thing that worries me is that it has too much sodium.
