I am also a weight watchers member and not doing so well. I am looking for something that is helpful and has lots of support, Does anyone have any tips for I need all the help I can get.

I am one of those that only has to smell food to gain weight. I know where your coming from and I have about 80 lbs. to lose. I am hoping that by joining MFP that I will have the courage to reaaly work on this along with friends and support. I do hear where you are coming from.

I need all the help I can get. I need to lose around 75 lbs. or more. I do excercise at a gym 4 days a week with 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight lifting. I have done this about 3 years and I still have not lost much weight. I guess I need to start counting calories along with this. Can anyone give me tips?:
