For me, it was the fact that every time I went to work I noticed my scrubs were getting tighter and tighter. I refused to spend the money on buying new scrubs. Honestly, it's cheaper to work out and lose the weight than it is to buy new larger scrubs. ( And it's better for your confidence!)

I usually try to go to bed about half an hour or so after I get home, then get up around 3:30, start my work out around 3:45/4:00, eat something then get a shower and head to work. I work steady nights..I log my food from the time I get up until the time I go to bed starting on the day that I woke up. For example..all of my workouts for today (which I did after I got up) went on Monday's section.
