I am so in! I was going to try 100 miles for June, but I'm starting to think that's too ambitious.

I absolutely love it! I'm actually on my second time of doing the home program. I recommend it to anyone who, like me, hates pure cardio.

I go out running every other day by myself. My town is pretty small...I've only ever had 1 problem and it was because of stupid drunks on four wheelers.

What I do is walk until I get to a zombie chase, then I run as fast as possible. :) Keeps the story going and keeps me active.

Yes, this is recent. It just started hurting a few days ago. :( When I wear a knee brace I feel like I'm uneven.

I think so! :O) In fact, from looking at your pictures..it looks like our bodies are turning into about the same shape. Except I'm about 5'' taller.

I also work nights. If I'm working an eight hour shift I eat my first meal around 0100. Then I snack around 0300 or 0400. I try not to eat when I get home unless I'm hungry or I have extra calories left over. Sorry if that didn't help :( Oh, and it might also help you if you eat a small snack before you leave for work!
