I have those same questions. Some of my male friends are on it and so far it's worked great for them. I know that it is meat heavy (yay bacon) and foods that are high in fat. I don't know much more then that cause they won't really explain it to me.

Used to live IN Chicago, but now im 30 min away in the northwest suburbs :D

My mom noticed that I lost some weight :) That and I can now run 30min intervals on my treadmill without feeling like I want to pass out.
