  • I got this a couple of months ago before my wedding. I did actually faint one day too (bit scary!). I went to the doc and she tested me for quite a few things, but thankfully I'm fine. She thinks it was stress, which I would probably have to agree with. Only had it a couple of times recently so fingers crossed that's all…
  • Don't let it get to you. I went through a phase where everyone (people at work rather than family) were always commenting on what I was eating, and not in a good way. It was really winding me up especially as some of their diets are absolutely appauling! I got to the stage where I started thinking they might be jealous…
  • Hey girlies!! How are we all?? Just wanted to put a wee note on to say that I've put some of my first fitting pics on YAYW! So exciting just over three weeks to go! When's everyone else's dates??
  • Hi all!! How's it going? I've not been doing this for a bit coz I've not been feeling well, but he's what I've managed today... pressups: 89 - max 22 situps: 259 - max 100!!
  • Hey! I'm a bride to be also! Getting married in 5 weeks (eeeek!) and had my first fitting this week - so excting!! Feel free to add me!
  • Well done Ruby! My next lot have been delayed a bit as I was away for my hen weekend. I'll hopefully get them done tonight, but I am a bit sleep deprived, so they may need to wait until tomorrow!!
  • Good work Ruby!! How'd it go Mikeast?
  • Hi All! Did my next sets and got: Situps: 175 - 55 max Pressups: 67 - 22 max Squats: 132 - 40 max  How's everyone else doing??
  • Hey! I did mine yesterday, but can't remember all the numbers! I did manage 20 press-ups though so I was quite happy with that!!! Well done - you're all doing great!!!
  • Hey Guys! Everyone's doing great. Mine got delayed from yesterday until today due to travelling yesterday taking it out of me! I decided to start the squats too, so here's the results: Sit ups: max - 25; total - 106 Press ups: max - 12; total - 48 Squats: max - 36; total - 108 All improving slowly! And still aiming for at…
  • I've got to do mine tonight. I was just thinking it would be handy if I could do them at lunchtime, but I'm scared someone would walk into my office when I'm in the middle of it all!!! Mikeast - I'm still trying the full pushups. They really are hard work but I'm going to stick at it for now and not do the 'lady…
  • Justbreathe - that's fab results!! Well done you!
  • Let us know how you get on Renaejae!
  • Well done Ruby! I'll be back tomorrow!!
  • Well done Ruby - that's fab! Wow Mikeast - gold star for effort definately!! I think C25k is a program that basically gets you from no exercise (couch) to running a 5k in a certain number of weeks.
  • Yay! More people!! I've not done c25k but it sounds like a good idea to mix some cardio with the strength. I have ran a few 10ks (in very slow times!) but it's just something I've done by myself. I think if I knew of any of the programs when I started jogging they would have been really useful. Hope it goes well…
  • Go for it Mikeast - let us know how you get on!
  • He he! Thanks!! Rest day today - think my shoulders will be happy not having to do any push ups!!!
  • Is that good?!
  • Hmmmm... JustBreathe you might have just convinced me! I just tried the initial test for squats and managed 35! I'll give it a few days and think about doing it!
  • Push ups are def the hardest for me too. I'm trying to do the proper push ups (not the 'girl' ones!) and I am ready to accept it may take a while, but def worth giving a go!! I usually do my exercise in the evening but I'm awake bright and early this morning so may get on with them soon!!
  • Yay!! I do love my iPhone, and I must say the MFP app does make life very easy!
  • This is the website - http://www.twohundredsitups.com/ There's also iPhone apps (I'm a bit of an iPhone geek!) to keep track of how you're getting on.
  • Well done JustBreathe! You're def beating me!! I started the push ups one last night - only got 6 in my initial test - oh well I suppose at least there's room for improvement!!! MrsSchmidty - it's crunches they say to do, apparently full sit-ups are not recommended as they can injure your back.
  • Cool!! Think I'm going to dothe 100 push ups one too. I'm just giving myself a few days before I dive in!! Let me know how it goes!
  • Bump!
  • Hey! Thanks all for your lovely comments!
  • I find level 2 more challenging, but def in a good way. It keeps my heart rate high throughout and I actually like the exercises better. Like said above - less jumping about like a nutter!
  • Think I maybe started noticing about 10-12 pounds down (had to start wearing belts with all my trousers!). I'm now 17lb down and am needing a shopping trip! I guess it's just different for everyone.
  • Fab results!!
