Congratulations! That is SUCH great news! I was relieved to read someone else went through that too - I typically go 9 - 11 months and then BAM... Ugh. I just want to hit 12 months... The hot flashes and night sweats are making me crazy. Not to mention I have lost most of my brain cells.

I'm starting JC tomorrow (picked up my food today). I am hoping to lose about 20 lbs. I've lost 10 so far, but I felt I needed something to really kick things into gear. I am tired of being SO patient. I hope this works!

Thank so much everyone! This is really good to know. A trainer I worked with a while back said eating after 7 pm was an absolute no-no... I am going to go and enjoy a that Bailey's I've been craving!!!

Thank goodness I found this board! I've only been doing this 1200 calorie thing for about a week - but it is KILLING ME! I am starving, tired, stressed, cranky. Bottom line - it sounds like as long as I eat foods that are healthy for me, I can eat more calories and still lose weight? Right? O.M.G.
