I've been doing really well the last week... but this morning, I did a bit (well a lot) of emotional eating and I'm left with 86 calories! It's only 2:30 pm! It's almost 8 pm - do I eat my extra calories?
So, I put in my calories for dinner and lunch just a few minutes ago, and I have 300 calories left for the day. I had been careful about my portion size for dinner because I had made a rather high-calorie meal. Question is - do I try to eat ( or drink) 300 calories this late in the day?
