Don't stop working towards a healthy body even after you get to your goal. Learned this the hard way, you won't stay looking good if you go back to old habits and quit exercising.

Holy cow, what a transformation! You look amazing.

What a great transformation for both of you! Congrats on your weight loss. :)

Maybe you should try eating 5 or 6 small meals on those days you work late, so you aren't starving by the time you get off. Or pack a healthy snack and leave it in your car for after work so you don't resort to fast food. If both of those options fail, then leave some room in your diary on these days so you can grab…

What a great transformation! Congratulations to you.

You look absolutely amazing!!

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 120. I've been as low as 108 and I didn't look sick at that weight (I was young though), I've also been at 140 and still looked good. 120 is my tentative goal, I might be ok at 130 or 140 though. Just pick a (healthy) number and see how you feel when you get there.

I would've been thrilled with only 35 pounds, I gained 52 pounds while pregnant! I convinced myself it would all come off when I gave birth. Congrats to you!

I worry about this every day. I've lost a good amount of weight, but am still just as disgusted with my body. I worry all the time that I will feel this way at my end goal. I just keep hoping that as I get closer and closer to my goal I will feel better about my body.

You look amazing! Congrats on your loss!

I agree with what others said, some people may notice but won't say anything because weight is a touchy subject. I've had a few people tell me that others have commented on my weight loss to them, but didn't want to offend me so they didn't say it directly to me. I would never be offended for someone noticing my hard work!…

Just from looking at your profile picture, I can see that you are beautiful! But I understand, I wonder everyday if I will like how I look once I get to my UGW.

I have an idea of what I'll look like. I haven't always been overweight, but it's been 5 years and I have definitely grown and changed. When I think of what I'll look like at my end goal, I picture myself before I got fat. But realistically I know I won't look exactly like that. I am 5 years older and some changes in my…

I've lost 7 pounds since the day before Thanksgiving. BUT I gained three pounds over Thanksgiving weekend, lost those within a week (most likely from all the salt). I gained a pound while out of town, lost it the week I came home, then gained two pounds while out of town again. I have less than a pound to lose to get back…

There aren't enough words to describe how awesome you are! What a fantastic loss!

Being a college student shouldn't have much affect on your ability to lose the weight. There will always be people in your life that will tempt you to eat or drink things that aren't healthy for you. You will trade the busy-ness of school for the busy-ness of work. You just have to make working out and eating healthy a…

I was trying to do the same and not buy new clothes until I was done, but all my clothes are falling off of me. Plus, my mom offered to buy them for me since I'm doing so well. Who says no to free clothes!?

Thank you, me too!
-
Thank you!

I see a huge difference! You should be really proud of yourself.

What a huge difference, you look great! Happy birthday.

Congratulations! You look amazing and I'm sure you feel amazing as well.

Grow up. Why would you come to someone's post only to tell them how horrible their form of weight loss is? Do YOU know what constructive criticism is? Because I can tell you it sure as heck isn't telling someone their weight loss isn't as good as yours. Or telling someone they are only going to fail. There were several…

STREET! I hate the treadmill. I've used mine twice in the past year, but couldn't begin to count how many times I've walked outside. The treadmill is so dang boring, and I love walking up the huge hills outside (treadmill incline just isn't the same).

You can't be serious. The person who lost 52 pounds "naturally" was rude because of his comment not because he lost weight the natural way. That was a dumb thing to say. How would you feel if you we're proud of your weight loss and someone said woop dee do, I did it better than you? I'm sure you wouldn't feel very good or…

You've done an amazing job! If it is between being fat or having the extra skin, I would take the skin. You should be very proud of your achievement!

Daaaaaaaaaang!!!

You are stunning! Congrats on your weight loss!

I make different rewards for each goal met. Dying my hair red was my last little reward. My big rewards are for the end of my weight loss journey. When I get to my ultimate goal weight I'm going to get my tattoo that I've been planning for a couple years and will buy a closet full of clothes.

That's crazy, I would never consider a size 12 to be fat. & what a crappy thing to say as well. Everyone is different, I have seen several women post on this thread alone that weigh less than I do but wear a bigger size than I. White, 5'3, 168, size 7/8
