  • What brand did you get? I'm wanting to buy one and saw an unknown brand ($40 CDN) in Winner's (Like tjmaxx if your from the US) yesterday and was hesitant to try it in case it was cheap. Not sure what to trust for quality.

  • I haven't heard of The Firm but have you considered the 30day shred? I'm a believer! I feel strong and look toned and haven't even reached level 3 yet.

  • WAHOOO! Your words gave me the push I needed- and its true, once you're in the workout, your energy flows. I did 30 Day Shred level 2 and 40mins of Zumba (youtube vids). I think my LACK of exercise (and h20) were at fault for the blahs.
