Ok, I want to be in too!!! Just got over a nasty chest cold so nothing yesterday, finally feel like I can get some movement in today!!! Will start with today and keep moving for December!!!

I too have completed day 3 at the kitchen counter!!! Man do I hurt!!! Good hurt!!! Just bought a used treadmill, hoping it will become my new best friend!!! Keep it up everyone.

I have been married 30 years, mom to a 22 and 18 year old. Going through empty nest syndrome, handling it better that I thought! I am a Registrar at a high school in So Cal for 10 years, love my job and the people! Also just started a part time business as an independent gold buyer, which has been really fun!!!

I too would love some suggestions. I am keeping under my calories for the most part, but I seem to have the best success if I can keep way below my sodium intake! I still eat a lot of processed food for breakfast and lunch such as lean cuisine, would love some fast easy suggestions for variety.

I did W1D1 yesterday and I think it is goig to take me 9 weeks just to get through week 1!!! I could only do the first 2 runs, but I did not quit!!! I just kept up the walking and tried to power walk through the rest of the run intervals. I will try again tomorrow and hope I can do just a little more running!!! I WILL NOT…

If you look up such places as Panda Express, the items with least calories are such things with just the veggies and meat, like Broccoli Beef, String Bean Chicken. I was suprised that even potstickers, (not crispy fried) weren't too bad in calories. Good luck and Happy Birthday!!!

Ok, so my big old body did not do as well as I hoped! It will probably take me 4 times as long to complete the 9 week program, but I am not going to give up!!! I figure any exercise is better than NO exercise. The best I could do today was only jog about 1/2 of the 60 seconds. A little dissappointed, but I will keep at it…

Count me in! I need the motivation to stay focused. Just starting to exercise tomorrow, going to try the C25K, not sure this big old body can take it but I really want to try!!! Goals: Drink MORE water! Eliminate Diet Soda Exercise 3x a week, min! Good luck to everyone!!!
