  • I'm making a commitment as of today to log daily, and definitely need some friends to help with motivation! Anyone at all feel free to add. :)
  • Like everyone has already said, carrying around a bottle all day helps immensely. I also put an empty glass on my nightstand before bed to remind myself to drink a big cup of water first thing in the morning. It really helps energize yourself in those wee hours, and sets a good, hydrated mood for the day!
