It happens to be my lucky day because today is my rest day with Turbo FIre so no working out!:) (I'm exhausted from staying up late, so I really need my rest day)

Yes it's possible! Start doing some cardio and eating clean & you will start seeing results. Don't forget to incorporate some weight training;)

I just started this last week and have gained lbs. ,but I'm sure is due to my body adjusting. I must say that I feel a lot better than eating 1200-1500 calories. I feel energy and no more hunger pains;)

I just had my 2nd baby 6 months ago and my profile picture is the most recent one I have (2 weeks ago)

The workouts range from 15-60 min & you are scheduled to workout 6 days per week...hope this helps;)
